Judo: empowering and enhancing the lives of the blind and visually impaired The Blind Judo Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization introducing and training blind and visually impaired individuals in the sport of Judo. A select few elite athletes become candidates for the US Paralympic Judo Team representing the USA on the world stage. The benefits of Judo go beyond the color of the belt to include empowering and enhancing the lives of all who step onto the Judo mat.
