VIRGINIA BEACH, Va (WAVY) – A new rule mandating every public swimming pool be accessible to wheelchair users went into effect March 15. But, 10 On Your Side found out many hotels at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and elsewhere did not meet the deadline.
