Vineland will reopen two pools this summer

VINELAND — The city is in compliance with a 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act rule and will be able keep public swimming pools open this summer, the mayor announced Tuesday. “We’re going to open the pools,” Mayor Robert Romano said.
